I thought I gave you the version of SAI that supports transparency-hmm?? but when you submit something transparent made in SAI doesn't it look black?
then again, i didn't see for it myself aaaa- I'll give it a try =w=
But how do you make stuff transparent? Like is there any special tool?

No, there isn't, just don't add a background, save it and it should give you a box giving you two options. Select the second one, that's the one that supports transparency.
